The property can be enjoyed both indoors and out making it the perfect getaway for a group of adults or families. Cozy up to a warm Seasonal Fireplace in the Fall or Winter! Perfect for a large gathering with kids

The isolated location and the close proximity to the St Park. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for 10 adults and 9 kids (4-13 yrs old). A nice game room and movie theater!

Very pleasant, clean, and adventurous experience

I loved hiking on the back trail. Very relaxing experience with amenities like hot-tub, fire pit, and outdoor dining space makes it even more enjoyable. Very short travel distance to cedar falls, and Ash cave. I highly recommend this place!

Great stay for a large group

We enjoyed the open kitchen and living room spaces, number of bathrooms; game room, outdoor seating front and back of the house, and all of the little personal touches around the home. Our one complaint was how very hot it got on the first and second floors even when setting the thermostat to 64/65 degrees. It made it tough to sleep.

Great place for a large group--lots of space, lovely setting and hot tub, great for kids.

The kids had place to watch movies, play air hockey, etc. while adults cooked, visited and relaxed. Wonderful kitchen and eating space.

This was the perfect place for our large extended family to share the holidays together!

The basement game room and movie theater were big hits! The hot tub, yard and proximity to hocking hills hikes was perfect.

Our family of twenty gathered for a memorial retreat weekend having recently lost a loved one. We had ample space to come together under one roof while sharing and enteracting with one another but retained the opportunity to retreat for alone time as well. The temperature out was cold but the fire pit's continual burning and the warm hot tub became the center of our evenings. The kitchen was complete, it lacked nothing when preparing meals for 20 over the entire weekend.The movie theater AAA+++.

Great location, lots of space, and things to use/do in tge house 😊

Amenities, except that the dvd player didn't work, sent a pic of cord but didn't get a replacement, hot tub was off, but power had gone out and they came out next day to fix, thx! Note that your lawn company is amazing, courteous & professional, please give them some props!

The best home our family has stayed in for a getaway, it had everything we needed.

Plenty of bedrooms for everyone. A huge living room where we could all hang out. A kitchen table large enough for all of us to eat together. The movie theater room was so much fun. Plenty of spaces for people to get away by themselves for a bit if needed. It was perfect for our family weekend.
