• Property owners. We may share limited reservation information with the owner of the cabin you booked as part of our management and reporting obligations.
• Booking platforms. Information exchanged with Airbnb, VRBO, and similar platforms to fulfill reservations made there.
• Professional advisors. Attorneys, accountants, and insurers as needed.
• Legal requirements. When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Book Hocking, our guests, our owners, or others.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.

Payment card details are collected and processed by our booking system and third-party payment processors. Book Hocking does not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Those processors handle your card data under their own privacy and security terms.

Our website uses cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to keep the site working properly, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the site, and measure the performance of our advertising.

We keep your information as long as needed to provide our services and to satisfy tax, accounting, insurance, and legal requirements. Reservation and financial records are typically retained for at least seven years. Marketing contact information is retained until you unsubscribe.

If you inquire about our management services or place a cabin under our management, we collect and use your contact information, property details, banking information for owner payouts, and tax identification information as needed to operate your property, remit your revenue, and issue required tax forms.
